What do you think of when you hear the word diet?

What if I told you, diet is more than that.
It is about what you’re consuming, good or bad.
Everybody is on a diet, but based on the choices you make that diet can ether be serving you and helping you live the long, fulfilling life that you desire, or it can be hindering you from living fully.
And so when I talk about diet, I’m not just talking about your food choices.
I’m talking about all the things you consume on a daily basis.
What you watch.
The people you surround yourself with.
The things you listen to.
Your social media feeds.
The foods you eat.
The books you read.
The choices you make in each of these categories make up your diet.
I want to encourage you to reflect and look at your choices.
Are they serving you?
Do they uplift you and help you become a better person?
What small change could you make today to make more positivity and good come into your life?
Because you are your diet.
Your diet is made up of choices.
